Shawls
Pashmina is a sheep, found at Leh, at the height of more than 6000 ft above sea levels. Leh is mountain desert where they are found. the picture shows, ladies there in Leh preparing threads of Pashmina for making shawls.
Acharya caught them working on threads while his visit to Leh to meet and learn from Buddhist Monks. There are many monastries there as old as 600 years old. Acharya interacted with one monk, who has been practicing meditation for more than 20 years. There is saying that until a person becomes capable in sweating by the practice of Pranayama , he can not become disciple of monk. that is eternal tardition found in India over centuries, where any aspirant has to undergo tests which are uncommon to modern man.
